Following a 40yr break from biking I was surprised at my lack of confidence during a test ride. Quite depressing and without the day I had with Chris at ASM I would have thought my dream of a return to biking definitely not wise and over. The one to one training with Chris was superb. Around 2 hours in the car park to acquaint myself with a bike learning some excellent techniques, followed by a road training session completely exceeded my expectations and I left with the feeling I would have the confidence to go ahead should I decide to do so. My self esteem restored! Very good value for money. These guys are good. Talk to them before you buy. Could save your life! I can't stress too much the value of my return to biking training day.
